Our mission is to strengthen nonprofits by improving how they understand, organize, and manage their finances. Through proposing fundraising initiatives and structured financial tools, we help small nonprofit organizations turn resources into lasting impact.

Meet the people behind the mission
John Kamireddy
Co-Chair / (CO-FOUNDER)
John is a senior at Freeman High School with interests in finance, business, and community leadership. He co-founded Fund Forward to help local nonprofits strengthen their finances and expand their impact. Fun fact: John is always looking for a new restaurant to try.
Ryan Rectenwald
Co-Chair / (CO-FOUNDER)
Ryan is a senior at Freeman High School with interests in leadership, service, and finance. He co-founded Fund Forward because service to his community is incredibly important. At Fund Forward, he does the technical research and creates long-term pragmatic fundraising plans. Fun fact: Ryan loves to hike and the outdoors.
Joel Kommalapati
Treasurer
Joel is a junior at Freeman High School with interests in finance, problem-solving, and community service. As Treasurer, he helps manage Fund Forward’s finances and supports the organization’s fundraising initiatives. Fun fact: Joel is surprisingly competitive when it comes to board games.
Ritwik Sangeetam
Secretary
Ritwik is a sophomore at Deep Run High School with interests in business, organization, and community impact. As Secretary, he helps keep Fund Forward organized while supporting research and nonprofit projects. Fun fact: Ritwik is the person most likely to have a perfectly organized Google Drive.
